20’ Mobile Office Container
One of our core container office products is the 20’ mobile office container (https://www.atscontainers.com/en/Products/Mobile-offices/Product/20-Mobile-Office-Container). We designed this office container out of a new 20’ ISO steel shipping container with corrugated CORTEN steel panels. For improved security and for more of an office feel, we welded the OEM container doors shut and installed an industrial man door on the right hand side. Then, to stay ahead of climate change and environmental safety standards, we had the container painted with low VOC, water-based paint and zinc-enriched primer. On the inside, we insulated the container with 2” of spray foam urethane on the walls, ceiling and floor to give this sea can temperature-control capabilities suitable for Canadian climates. We then finished off the interior walls with a durable and easy-to-clean vinyl, installed 2 full PVC windows, solid vinyl flooring and an electrical kit with an 8,000 BTU air conditioner and 2 baseboard heaters, fluorescent light strips and outlets. Ultimately, this mobile office is equipped with plenty of bells and whistles that will make the staff on job sites more comfortable and hopefully, more productive.
20’ Econo Box Office Container
The 20’ Econo Box Container is built similarly to the 20’ Mobile Office Container mentioned above including the way it is designed, painted and insulated. Although these containers share many of the same features, there are a couple of key differences as well. On one hand, the Econo box is built out of a used 20’ ISO container instead of a new one. It also only features 1 window instead of 2, a 6,000 BTU air conditioning unit instead of 8,000 in the container above and only 1 baseboard heater instead of 2. The key difference, however, is price – we designed the 20’ Econo Box Container to be a more affordable job box variant.
Custom Mobile Office Container
The third mobile office container option we provide is different from the rest. In fact, it is not a standardized container product at all. We offer customers the ability to fully customize any shipping container product to suit their very specific and niche need.
